Reception at the Town Hall offered by the Mayor of Ghent 

Registered participants and exhibitors wearing the official badge can attend.

The reception will start at 19.00 hrs.

Gala Dinner

The Gala Dinner will take place at the impressive 'Castle of the Counts' at will start at 20.00 hrs.

The Gala Dinner is included in the delegate registration fee, but is NOT included in the student fee.
Students can register at a fee of 100 € (late fee).
