All presenters of an Invited Lecture or Intensive Oral are requested to submit their full paper by May 20 (See 'Full Paper Submission to IEEE).
The unrevised version of these papers (called preprints) will be made available on USB Flash drive keys and will be distributed to all participants at the start of the Conference.
The actual review of the papers will start shortly after the conference.
