PROCEEDINGS AND PUBLICATIONS IN IEEE TRANSACTIONS

The pre-prints will be available on USB Flash drive key and will be distributed to all participants at the  start of the Conference. Papers will only be included in the pre-prints if the registration fee of the presenting author has been paid.

All presented papers during the conference will be published as a 'conference record' and available electronically on IEEE Xplore digital library. A CD of the conference record will be also distributed to all participants.

In addition, invited and intensive oral papers will be eligible for a peer review of the Transactions on Nuclear Science (TNS) or Transaction on Plasma Sciences (TPS). The reviewing process,  independent from the  conference,  will be performed during the weeks after the conference, for a special issue available in Spring 2012.
