Intensive Oral PPT Submission

INTENSIVE ORALS

A set of lounges will be used where small groups of +/- 20 participants will attend the so-called parallel intensive oral sessions. Each of these sessions will involve three to four papers presented by their authors under the guidance of a chairperson. Use will be made of large sized (A0) touch screens where PowerPoint files can be displayed in an interactive way.

The allocated time slot is 15 minutes followed by a 5 minutes’ discussion.

It is imperative that you remain within the allotted time: hence your PPT should be limited to 15 slides max.

The size of your PPT should not exceed 15 MB.

Intensive Oral PPTs must be submitted online in advance. The submission deadline is May 20.

Please note that it will NOT be possible to send any revised versions after this deadline.
