Hotel Accommodation

A number of hotel rooms have been booked at special group rates. These rates are per night, including breakfast and VAT.
Housing requests are filled in order of receipt. If the hotel of your choice is filled, you will be assigned to another hotel. Hotel availability cannot be guaranteed after May 6, 2011.

Any requests for hotel accommodation must be accompanied by a credit card number, in order to secure the room. This credit card will not be charged by the organisers but only serves as a reservation guarantee. Delegates will have to pay their hotel room and personal expenses at the hotel.

A hotel confirmation will be sent by email after receipt of the registration form and housing request and payment of the registration fee.

These rates are only valid if the reservations are made through Medicongress.

Before May 31, 2011: Free of charge
Between May 31 - June 5: 1 night will be charged
After June 5 or in case of no-show: full reservation will be charged.

Cancellations of reservations must be made in writing.

- Cancellation > 30days before arrival:                                0%
- Cancellation between 29 and 15 days before arrival:     50%
- Cancellation between 14 and 8 days before arrival:       75%
- Cancellation < than 8 days before arrival:                        100%

Cancellations of reservations must be made in writing.

Before June 5, 2011: Free of charge
After June 5 or in case of no-show: full reservation will be charged.
